Activation Lock Removal Support

It includes how to remove the lock directly from the device or through remote access, this guide will provide you with all the information you need to successfully remove the activation lock. Follow the step-by-step instructions carefully to ensure the process goes smoothly.
For iPhones:
To remove the activation lock on the device directly:
- Go to "Settings" on the device.
- Tap on the user's name at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap on "Find My".
- Tap on "Find My iPhone" and toggle the switch to turn it off.
- Enter the Apple ID password if prompted.
- Tap on "Turn Off" to confirm and remove the activation lock.
To remove the activation lock through remote access:
- Go to iCloud.com/find on a computer or another device.
- Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to set up the device.
- Click on "All Devices" and select the device that is locked.
- Click on "Erase [device]" and follow the on-screen instructions to erase the device without the Apple ID password.
- Once the device is erased, click on "Remove from Account" to remove the activation lock.

For Android devices:
To remove the activation lock on the device directly:
- Go to "Settings" on the device.
- Tap on "Accounts".
- Tap on the Google account associated with the device.
- Tap on "Remove Account".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the account and the activation lock.
To remove the activation lock through remote access:
- Go to google.com/android/find on a computer or another device.
- Sign in with the Google account that was used to set up the device.
- Select the locked device and click "Erase Device".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to erase the device without the Google account password.
- Once the device is erased, the activation lock will be removed.
If the device has the FRP feature enabled and the above step is not enough to remove the activation lock, you may need to perform a factory reset, which will wipe all data on the device, including the activation lock.
To perform a factory reset on an Android device:
- Go to "Settings" on the device.
- Scroll down and tap on "System" or "System & updates".
- Tap on "Reset options".
- Tap on "Erase all data (factory reset)" or "Factory data reset".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the reset.
